Buying online was easy, able to see which florist would be delivering the flowers. Although it's not possible to communicate directly with them through the webpage I could have phoned without too much difficulty. There didn't seem to be a way of selecting specific flowers but there is a lot of choice with standard pricing - Just watch out because delivery is extra. Mum was delighted with her flowers & her photo showed exactly the same as the website picture. Delivery was on time & was without issue to a difficult to reach address.
