Ordered by phone as online kept freezing, extremely helpful lady made this an easy process. Confirmation of order was almost immediate, including a picture of the item. Flowers were beautiful, and I received confirmation and picture of the order, including the card and message. As these flowers were for a family funeral, they brightened a sad occasion. Many Thanks, will certainly use again.
