Ordered by phone as online kept freezing, extremely helpful lady made this an easy process. Confirmation of order was almost immediate, including a picture of the item. Flowers were beautiful, and I received confirmation and picture of the order, including the card and message. As these flowers were for a family funeral, they brightened a sad occasion. I let them build the bouquet with some colour instructions from me. When the flowers were delivered to my partner she burst out in tears because they were perfect. The flowers lasted for almost 2weeks aswell
