So disappointed still waiting to hear from my complaint To them. £67.00 for cellophane wrapped flowers. The description online is very misleading. This is not what I expected for a funeral flower arrangement.

I used Direct2florist so that I could select a florist local to my friend. Efficient next day service but I was disappointed that instead of the depicted smart cardboard ‘base’ with flowers wrapped in paper, cellophane was used. My medium bouquet cost £55.

Easy to order was Pleased with flowers.

Excellent service. Very nice man called Mark rang me to let me know the colour flower I picked wasn't in stock, and told me what they had. So I chose different. Same day delivery in fact within an hour. Will use this florist in future and recommend to all family and friends. Thank you Mark and flowers by Alison x

Good job. Delivered in good condition and met expectations. It would have been better though if I could have included a box of chocolates! The other providers I checked all had problems ranging from payment processing not working or couldn't deliver within 36 hours..
